Effect of combined application of apatinib and perioperative quality nursing based on Orem’s self-care theory in patients undergoing cholangiocarcinoma resection

Purpose: To investigate the effect of application perioperative quality nursing based on Orem’s self-care theory, in combination with apatinib patients who underwent cholangiocarcinoma resection.
 Methods: Ninety resection The Fourth Hospital Hebei Medical University from Feb. 2019 to 2020 were assigned control group (CG) and study (SG) their order admission, 45 each group. Conventional conventional treatment was applied CG, while theory used therapy SG patients. Comparison made between CG regarding clinical efficacy, ability life (QoL, QLQ-C30 score).
 Results : Disease rate (DCR) Barthel index (BI) score higher than (p < 0.05). After treatment, QoL 0.001).
 Conclusion: Implementation along undergoing improves enhances ability. Thus, this modality has high utility potential.
